About Us
The Westfolio team has been in the industry for a while. With layers of experience in construction, real estate, management, investments and finance, we has been working with owners, tenants, investors and developers in different capacities for over 30 years.
Several years ago, we recognized that there was a strong need for better and more progressive condominium managers in the industry. To fulfill this need, our partners started Quarter Park Management; our sister company. A few years later, it was obvious to us that the same need existed in the Rental & Property Management industry. After being approached on multiple occasions to bring the same level excellence to Property Management, we decided to start Westfolio Properties.
Over the years we have grown as people and as a company. We have hired some amazing team members, influenced the industry with our progressive approach, and have made a significant positive impact in the way people live.
