Danielle Paul

Danielle is shrewd in business and savvy in design. Her passion as an entrepreneur is evident in the many businesses, she has her hands in. Holding 18 years’ experience as CEO of the successful design firm, Designers Edge, and then expanding to include Ateliers Jacob Calgary under that umbrella, she is a visionary leader and strong advocate for woman in business.
Further to that, she partnered to open the brokerage Quarter Park Management, which is a thriving Condominium Management Company located in Calgary, AB. She currently holds a license in Property Management and oversees builder/developer client relations.
Danielle wholeheartedly believes in the principles of positivity, manifestation, and teamwork, and attributes those fundamentals to her success. She plans to bring all that and her acute business skills to Westfolio Properties to ensure its success for all clients.

Jason Ager

Jason brings a wealth of both business and home building knowledge with him to Westfolio Properties. With over thirty years’ experience in architectural design and home building, he has led award winning teams focused on excellence in customer service. As a lifelong learner Jason has completed his Masters in Business Administration, Condominium Management licensing and additional courses on business and personal development. Jason’s strength in operations, financial management and transformational leadership provide Westfolio with well-rounded capabilities to satisfy our clients’ needs.

Jairo Sanchez

Jairo’s background in the finance, banking, and investment industry makes him an integral part of the Westfolio Properties team. He brings 10 years of experience from these highly regulated industries where accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are key. As a licensed Investments Professional at one of Canada’s major banks, Jairo traded well over $100 million per year of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and foreign currencies in both the Canadian and U.S. markets. His vast experience processing transactions, analyzing data, and financial reporting ensures that the Westfolio Properties team takes the extra steps to protect the financial and accounting matter for our clients’ properties.
He also assists in running a successful Condominium Management company, Quarter Park Management. His effort to build relationships with clients, training staff, negotiating contracts with vendors, and overall financial planning has been a key ingredient to the company’s success. Jairo’s strong leadership and passion for excellence made him Quarter Park’s newest partner.
Jairo is currently licensed with the Real Estate Council of Alberta in Property Management and Condominium Management. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary, and has completed multiple courses, licenses and designations with the Canadian Securities Institute.

Sara Zuluaga

Sara brings over 5 years of experience working as a property manager for Octavia Group and as team leader of their leasing, administrative, and marketing teams. She successfully oversaw Calgary Housing Company’s large portfolio of properties and was responsible for over 10,000 units across the City of Calgary. Sara made it her mission to find great tenants based on strict government criteria and keep all units occupied.
In addition to her property management and leasing duties, Sara also assisted with the hiring, training, and streamlining the application process for the company. Sara’s achievements include helping the most vulnerable find affordable housing in short timelines, which is something that she is very proud of. She also provided social services support for newcomers and arranged proper housing facilities for their needs.
Sara holds a Paralegal Diploma from CDI College, where she gained a full understanding of residential law and tenant agreements. Her passion for family, customer service, and strong business acumen makes her a great fit for Westfolio Properties.

John-David (JD) D’Souza

John-David has a strong background in legal, accounting, finance, and analytics and brings those tools to Westfolio Properties to assist our clients in the regulatory, financial reporting and planning sides of Property Management. JD brings over 10 years of Industry experience to Westfolio encompassing every aspect of the business; from overseeing accounting and financial reporting to hands on community management and customer service. JD is licensed as a real estate and condominium management broker in Alberta and oversees the regulatory compliance aspect of Westfolio’s business to ensure that both Westfolio and our clients are up to date with regulatory requirements. JD graduated with great distinction from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Management (Finance) and subsequently studied at and graduated with a Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at the University of Calgary. JD is also a practicing lawyer in Calgary. His legal training adds an additional dimension of experience and expertise to help our clients deal with legal and regulatory issues that condominium corporations face on an ongoing basis.
